On February 28, 2025, hundreds of thousands of people gathered in Greece and around the world to demand justice for the 57 people who lost their lives two years earlier in Greece’s deadliest train accident.
The entire country, nearly at a standstill, responded overwhelmingly to the call for a 24-hour general strike.
